Refund Policy – MRN Network LLC

All products, services, and digital materials offered by Luis Moran, MRN Network LLC, and all affiliates are considered final sale and subject to the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility Window

  • Refunds are only available within 10 calendar days from the date of the first purchase (initial subscription payment or one-time digital download).

  • After this 10-day period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Digital Products & Fulfillment Responsibility

  • All products are digital downloads and are delivered via automated email fulfillment systems.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to access, download, and save their purchased products.

  • If a fulfillment email is not received, the customer must contact support within the refund window so that access can be resent. Failure to request assistance within this timeframe does not qualify for a refund.

3. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

  • Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled.

  • To cancel a subscription and stop future billing, the customer must email us at contact@mrnmarketing.com or call our support line before the next billing date.

  • Cancellations are not retroactive. Any charges already processed before cancellation are non-refundable.

  • For the first subscription payment only, customers who wish to request a refund must:

    1. Cancel within 10 days of the initial purchase, and

    2. Submit their cancellation request via email to contact@mrnmarketing.com.

  • As long as the email is received within the 10-day period, the first payment will be refunded and the subscription will be canceled.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Failure to check or access email inboxes (including spam/junk folders).

  • Claims of non-use or delayed use of the product.

  • Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or financial hardship.

  • Technical difficulties on the customer’s end once the product has been successfully delivered.

  • Subscription renewal charges if cancellation was not requested before the renewal date.

5. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes

  • By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons covered by this policy.

  • All chargebacks will be disputed with full evidence of delivery, download access, and this Refund & Subscription Policy.

  • Customers who file false or fraudulent disputes may be subject to removal from all MRN Network programs, forfeiture of product access, and potential legal action.

6. Legal Protection

  • This Refund & Subscription Policy applies to all purchases made directly from Luis Moran, MRN Network LLC, and affiliates.

  • By purchasing, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
